Keyword Rank Checker

Searches each keyword live and reports where your domain appears, which page ranks and who is above you.

We fetch the page for you. Our server fetches the public address you enter and reads the response. Nothing you enter is stored. Free, no account.

Finding the problem is the first half.

RankBrain helps implement reviewed changes to your pages. A search position alone does not identify the cause or guarantee an improvement.

RankBrain works on websites built in code, through the AI tool you already use (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT).

How it works

You want to know where your site shows up for a keyword, and who is above you. Enter your domain and up to five keywords: each runs as a live search to the depth you pick, and you get the position, the ranking page and the sites above it. Checks are saved in this browser.

  1. 1

Enter your domain and up to five keywords. For each one we run a live web search to the depth you choose (up to 100 results) and look for your domain.

  2. 2

You get the position, the page that ranks, and the sites above it.

  3. 3

Each check is saved in this browser, so the next time you run the same keyword you see whether you moved.

What it does not do

  • Positions come from public web search indexes, not from Google, and from a search with no location or history. They show direction, not the exact position a customer sees.

  • For the positions Google shows real searchers, use the Performance report in Search Console.

  • History stays in this browser. It is not synced and clearing site data removes it.

When a source is busy or a site does not answer, this tool says so. It never fills the gap with a guess.

Questions

Why is my position different from what I see when I search?

The check runs on a public web search index, with no location and no search history. Your own results are shaped by where you are, what you searched before and who you are signed in as. For the positions Google shows real searchers, use the Performance report in Search Console.

What if my domain does not appear in the results?

The search runs to the depth you choose, up to 100 results. If your domain does not appear, it was not found in the returned sample. Coverage, filtering and source availability can affect that result. Run the check deeper, and check whether another page of your site ranks in place of the one you expected. History in this browser shows whether a later run finds you.

Where is the check history saved?

Each check is saved in this browser on your device. Nothing is synced to an account, so history does not follow you to another device or browser. Clearing site data, or using a private window that discards it, removes the record. Run the same keyword again after a change and the history shows whether the position moved.
