SVG to PNG Converter
Renders an SVG file to PNG, JPEG or WebP at the chosen pixel size; embedded raster detail and device limits still apply.
Runs in your browser. The file or text you give it is not uploaded. Free, no account.
How it works
You have an SVG that needs to be a PNG, or a small icon that has to look sharp when it is large. Drop the file in or paste its code. Your browser draws it at the pixel size you choose, and the transparent background stays if you pick PNG or WebP.

Drop in an SVG or paste its code. Your browser draws it at the pixel size you ask for, so a small icon can become a large, crisp image.
- 2
PNG and WebP keep the transparent background. For JPEG you choose a background colour.
What it does not do
Fonts that are not built into the SVG are replaced by a default font. Convert text to outlines first for an exact match.
Images and stylesheets the SVG links to from other sites are not loaded.
When a source is busy or a site does not answer, this tool says so. It never fills the gap with a guess.
Questions
Why does my text look different in the PNG?
The SVG probably uses a font that is not built into the file. When a font is not embedded, the converter falls back to a default font, so letter shapes change. Convert the text to outlines in your editor before exporting the SVG, then the letters render exactly as you drew them.
Why is an image missing from my PNG?
The SVG loads that image or stylesheet from another site, and the converter does not fetch files from outside the SVG. Anything the file links to stays blank. Embed the image as a data URI inside the SVG itself, or bring the styles in as inline styles, then convert again.
What size should I export at?
Export at the pixel size the image will be shown at. You choose the width and height, and the browser draws the SVG at that size, so a 24 pixel icon can come out at 512 pixels and stay crisp. For JPEG you also pick a background colour, since JPEG has no transparency.
